You will manage a global cross-functional team delivering thousands of performance-driven assets, including lifecycle emails, landing pages, and platform-native campaigns.

You will consolidate legacy teams, drive automation, and blend human artistry with AI-native speed while upholding top-tier standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading cross-functional creative teams at top-tier agencies or tech brands.
• Deep expertise in high-volume digital advertising, CRM systems, and UX/UI metrics.
• Forward-thinking leader with interest in AI suites, DCO, and automated toolkits.

Responsibilities

• Systemic Brand & Performance Direction across scaled channels.
• Oversee program architecture and cross-functional transformation.
• Foster responsible automation and an innovation culture.
• Maintain uncompromising artistry standards across disciplines.
• Define the creative roadmap and empower senior leaders.
• Act as strategic peer to client VPs and PMMs to grow trust.
