Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a senior engineering and GCC transformation leader to guide strategy for global capability centers, define scalable product and platform delivery models, and partner with solution teams and client stakeholders to align engineering approaches with business goals.

The role emphasizes modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery excellence across programs, with up to 50% travel to support HQ initiatives and enterprise transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in GCC strategy, org design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation inclusive of software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading complex cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building and scaling engineering organizations, product engineering teams, and global delivery centers within GCC environments, including establishing operating models and delivery excellence frameworks.
• Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven engineering insights to improve innovation, delivery speed, quality, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in product engineering, platform engineering, software delivery, and engineering operating models.
• Work closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models, and recommend engineering approaches that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Help establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance that enable high-quality, efficient, and scalable engineering operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring engineering capabilities support broader business transformation goals and accelerate digital innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
