Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Americas Lead for the GCC Sales Engine, a senior pursuit specialist who partners with deal leadership to shape strategy, win themes, and drive cross-functional execution across the Americas market.

You will orchestrate the integrated pursuit team, elevate differentiation, and ensure a coherent client-centric response while building reusable GCC assets and contributing to win/loss analysis.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in GBS/GCC strategy, delivery, or business development or adjacent experience.
• 4+ years GCC/GBS operating models experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Bonus points for experience supporting or winning large GCC pursuits.
• Experience shaping opportunities within Americas G2000 clients.
• Track record building cross-deal intelligence and reusable assets.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and relationship building.
• Proven ability to challenge thinking and bring credible GCC expertise.
• Strong content development and proposal writing; lead a team.
• Ability to work across time zones in high-pressure pursuit teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize pursuit requests across the Americas market.
• Partner with deal leadership from qualification through submission and orals.
• Bring GCC expertise and competitive intelligence to pursuit teams.
• Orchestrate the integrated pursuit team and ensure right expertise.
• Drive response quality, lead executive summary and overarching narrative.
• Build and maintain reusable GCC sales assets.
• Contribute to win/loss analysis and feed insights into shared assets.
