Qualifications

• 12+ years of GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation.
• 3+ years building and scaling product management, analytics, data, and insights orgs within GCC.
• 2+ years designing analytics operating models and data governance.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled platforms and automation to improve outcomes.
• 1 year leading digital product development at scale.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements at HQ with expertise in commercial product development and analytics.
• Define data-driven solutions with solution teams and stakeholders to optimize operating models and inform decisions.
• Embed product/analytics capabilities into GCC designs for scalable, measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and across priorities.
• Travel up to 50%.
