Accenture is seeking an Americas Lead for the GCC Sales Engine to guide high-stakes pursuits with cross-functional teams across the Americas market. You will shape pursuit strategy, coordinate executive-level input, and ensure a differentiated GCC value proposition lands in every response.

The role requires deep GCC domain expertise, strong communication, and the ability to orchestrate diverse teams across time zones to win complex deals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in GBS/GCC strategy, delivery, or business development or adjacent large deal pursuits.
• 4+ years of experience with GCC or GBS operating models and global services.
• Strong communication and executive presence to engage senior deal teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize pursuit requests across the Americas market in line with pipeline priorities, deal complexity, and strategic importance.
• Partner with deal leadership from qualification through submission and orals, shaping pursuit strategy and win themes.
• Bring GCC expertise and competitive intelligence to pursuit teams, elevating differentiation.
• Orchestrate the integrated pursuit team to engage the right expertise at the right moment.
• Drive response quality, lead the executive summary, and ensure the narrative is client-centric.
• Build and maintain reusable GCC sales assets and contribute to win/loss insights.
