Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to help clients reimagine operating models across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement and technology. You will lead engagements with domestic and multinational companies, shaping GBS strategy and transformation programs to unlock value and growth.

Bring deep expertise in shared services, outsourcing, process optimization, and enterprise digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and about 8 years of related advisory experience.
• Experience in finance transformation, shared services, outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations preferred.
• Strong leadership, client management and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Manage cross-functional teams and executive-level communications to deliver transformation programs.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects in areas like GBS strategy, operating models, and process optimization.
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable assets; contribute to proposals and market-facing initiatives.
• Mentor team members and support recruitment and capability building.
• Drive thought leadership and participate in industry conferences.
