Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to help clients reimagine operating models across finance, HR, IT, procurement and supply chain. You will lead engagements, guide executive stakeholders and drive transformation programs with a focus on process optimization and digital capabilities.

You will shape go-to-market strategies, contribute to thought leadership and mentor teams to build capability across industries such as consumer, tech, health, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience
• Approximately 8 years of advisory services in the finance function focused in at least one of the following areas; finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, outsourcing advisory
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, focused on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement
• Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders
• Drive sales, delivery and governance of GBS transformation programs across finance, HR, IT, procurement and supply chain
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable transformation assets
• Mentor and coach team members and contribute to recruitment and capability building
