Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to help clients reimagine operating models across finance, HR, supply chain and technology. You will lead engagements with domestic and multinational companies, guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver value.

The role combines strategy, design and transformation with practice development, thought leadership and market facing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience
• Approximately 8 years of experience in providing advisory services in the finance function focused in at least one of the following areas: finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, outsourcing advisory
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement
• Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to deliver high-impact GBS programs
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable transformation assets
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building
• Drive thought leadership and contribute to go-to-market strategy and proposals
