Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement and technology. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape GBS strategy, design operating models, and drive transformation programs for large, multinational clients.

You will also contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and talent development while managing client relationships at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of advisory experience in finance or related fields.
• Master's degree and 5+ years in advisory services preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP implementations is a plus.
• CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients in GBS strategy and operating models.
• Direct cross-functional consulting teams and coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation projects with automation and analytics.
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing offerings and reusable assets.
• Mentor team members and contribute to recruitment and capability building.
