Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to shape operating models across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain for domestic and multinational clients. You will lead engagements, guide cross-functional teams, and contribute to practice development in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.

The role emphasizes sales, delivery, and program leadership with opportunities to influence high-impact programs across various industries within EY’s GBS offering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ~8 years of related work experience
• Experience in advisory services for the finance function: operating model design, performance management, shared services design, outsourcing advisory
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development
• Ideally an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Operations or related field, CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies with focus on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation and performance improvement
• Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable transformation assets
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building
• Manage day-to-day project delivery, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
