Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, procurement, and technology, shaping operating models and driving performance improvements. You will guide cross-functional teams, interact with C-suite stakeholders, and help develop sector-specific GBS offerings while supporting practice development and sales efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and ~8 years of related work experience; or master's degree and ~7 years of related work experience.
Approximately 8 years of advisory experience in the finance function focused in at least one area: finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, outsourcing advisory.
Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred.
Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focused on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.
Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across cross-functional areas and industries.
Guide cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction and value realization.
Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and contribute to proposals, pursuits, and capability building.
Mentor teams, support recruitment, and contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market activities.
