Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements across Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement, and to shape transformation roadmaps.

You will collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, develop sector-focused offerings, and mentor teams while contributing to go-to-market initiatives and thought leadership. This role offers high visibility, a hybrid work model, and opportunities to impact operating models for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience in advisory services, preferably in finance.
• Approximately 8 years of advisory services experience in finance function areas like operating model design, performance management, and shared services.
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations is preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements at executive levels, interacting with C-suite stakeholders, and contribute to sales and practice development.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation programs across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Design end-state GBS models and roadmaps across functions, including future-state architectures and governance models.
• Shape cross-functional service management frameworks with SLAs/OLAs, dashboards, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach team members, support recruitment, and develop sector-specific offerings and assets.
• Produce perspectives and insights on emerging GBS trends and represent the practice at industry events.
