Job summary

EY seeks a Global Business Services Senior Manager to guide GBS strategy, operating model design, and transformation for global clients across finance, HR, procurement, and technology. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and shape advisory offerings at scale.

In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end GBS transformations, manage multi-process programs, and contribute to market-facing assets while mentoring teams and developing talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience or a master's degree with approx. 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across GBS strategy and operating model design.
