EY in the United States is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and shape GBS operating models for multinational clients.

You will also contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, sector offerings, and talent development, with visibility across industries and a strong emphasis on delivering high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with relevant advisory experience.
• Experience in finance transformation, shared services design, or outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and managing engagement economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and develop high-performing teams.
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation projects.
• Design end-state GBS models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain.
• Shape cross-functional service management frameworks including SLAs/OLAs.
• Mentor and coach team members and contribute to capability building.
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings.
