Job summary
EY seeks a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead GBS strategy, operating model design, and transformation for diverse industries. You will guide executive stakeholders, shape service management and digital capability roadmaps, and drive cross-functional delivery across Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain.
A strong track record in advisory services and delivery is essential. You will also contribute to go-to-market efforts, sector-focused offerings, and talent development while mentoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and about 6 years of related work experience or a Master's with about 5 years.
- Advisory experience in finance operating models, performance management, outsourcing.
- Experience leading large Finance Transformations and ERP implementations.
- Proven ability to manage teams, engage clients, and grow business.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational firms in GBS.
- Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
- Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing offerings and reusable assets.
- Mentor teams and contribute to thought leadership and market-facing initiatives.
