Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement across domestic and multinational clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive sales and practice development, and shape offerings for key industries.

You will mentor teams, manage delivery, and contribute to proposals and market initiatives while leveraging EY’s hybrid model and global resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience
• Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, focused on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects in areas such as GBS Strategy & Operating Model Design, end-state GBS models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations.
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable transformation assets.
