Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience
• Approximately 5 years of advisory experience in finance function including operating model design, performance management, shared services and outsourcing advisory
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation/ERP implementations preferred
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development
• Master's degree or CPA is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and large multi-national companies in GBS strategy and operating model design
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects
• Coach and develop high-performing teams and contribute to practice development
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable transformation assets
