Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Itasca, IL is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee site operations, ensuring service agreements meet client standards and profitability through proactive client communications and effective issue resolution.

You'll plan staffing, manage revenue and expenses to budget, and coach staff to peak performance while implementing KPI standards and the company playbooks; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum seven years related experience.
  • Minimum six years industry experience.
  • Minimum five years supervisory experience.

  • Lead and manage site operations to meet client standards.

  • Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules to support operational demands.
  • Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
  • Train, develop and motivate employees to peak performance.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget, reporting).
  • Execute KPI standards per company playbook including The Morning Routine.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job description

  • Lead, direct and manage site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the client's standards.
  • Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client.
  • Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
  • Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
  • Responsible to train, develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities
  • Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
  • Execution of the applicable KPI's per company standard to include "The Morning Routine" and operational aspects of "The Director's Playbook". Please refer to the Crane Worldwide Logistics Operational KPI Standards addendum.
  • Other duties as assigned

Illinois required disclosure: Salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 - 95,000 annually.
