Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound/outbound traffic at gatehouse and operate gate arms in a fast-paced facility.
• Take live weights of inbound/outbound loads and maintain accurate scale data.
• Understand data flow through supply chain and related databases.
• Maintain logs of visitors, employees, and contractor entries/exits.
• Provide written reports on incidents, security, and activity 24/7.
• Ensure site safety and security by following procedures and notifying authorities when needed.
• Communicate with drivers and management; coordinate with site personnel.
• Respond to emergencies as first point of contact and initiate appropriate actions.
• Maintain housekeeping around scales to ensure accurate reporting.
