Sofidel America of Inola is seeking a Gatehouse Operator for a long-term role in a stable environment. The position involves monitoring inbound and outbound traffic, weighing loads, and maintaining accurate logs to support secure operations.

You will secure the facility, issue guest badges, communicate with drivers and management, and generate reports while delivering reliable customer service in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time-management, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound traffic and operate all gatehouse functions in a fast-paced processing plant/transportation facility.
• Take live weights of inbound and outbound loads and maintain accurate data in the scale program.
• Operate the scale system, generate key reports, and communicate with transportation drivers and management.
• Provide written reports on incidents, security events, and anomalies 24 hours a day.
• Issue guest badges using the site access system and monitor ingress/egress of vehicles and pedestrians.
