Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, facility operations, security, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PowerApps, D365, and related systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and process-development skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records, logs, shipping docs, and reports.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Ability to operate gate access systems and forklift with training.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the facility and assist visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Monitor entrances/exits, doors, and vehicle movements to prevent unauthorized access.
• Operate gates and security equipment; perform gate checks on outgoing loads.
• Patrol assigned areas and report safety, security, or operational issues.
• Monitor CCTV and report incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare logs, reports, and facility documentation; support inventory control.
• Process outgoing shipments and provide Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Audit inventory records, reconcile variances, and improve processes.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, finance and others as needed.
• Train personnel on inventory and gate procedures; assist with forklift as needed.
