Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the check-in and boarding processes and communicate gate information clearly.
• Assist customers with ticketing and baggage check-in on computer systems.
• Handle baggage and assist with loading equipment and aircraft doors as needed.
• Escort unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities through the airport.
• Work 20–40 hours per week based on seniority and scheduling needs.
