Delta Air Lines in Kahului, Hawaii seeks an entry-level Ticket/Gate Agent to greet customers, assist with ticketing and baggage check-in, and support boarding and airport operations.

You will work with a team, follow procedures, and receive mentorship to advance your career. Responsibilities include managing check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and guiding passengers through gates and security.

Qualifications

• Safety and security of self, others and data are a must.
• Ability to work with diverse people and adapt to different styles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic digital literacy is required.
• Pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT).
• Pass a Customer Service Assessment.
• Able to obtain SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.

Responsibilities

• Own the check-in and boarding process and manage seat availability.
• Tag and lift baggage up to 70 pounds from scales to conveyors.
• Operate loading bridges.
• Open, close, and secure aircraft doors.
• Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers through the airport.
