Carvana in Old Hickory, TN is seeking a Safe & Secure associate to protect associates, customers, and thousands of vehicles on a 24/7 site. You will guard the gate, monitor cameras, perform safety audits, and ensure accurate vehicle checks with RFID tech.

You’ll respond to emergencies, receive first aid training, and de‑escalate issues to maintain a safe, efficient environment. Strong teamwork and dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-moving setting.
• Ability to build relationships quickly.
• Excellent organization, planning, and multitasking.
• Conflict management in a positive, productive way.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor live cameras, review footage, and investigate intrusion alerts.
• De-escalate tense situations and work with partners to resolve issues.
• Run gate operations using the Safe & Secure App and RFID tech.
• Manage vehicle movement through inspection center entrances.
• Receive first aid, CPR, and AED training and apply when needed.
• Respond to emergencies per protocols and keep site safe.
• Scan vehicles and track lot activity daily.
• Conduct safety audits and reinforce best practices.
