Job summary

Carvana seeks a boots-on-the-ground Safe & Secure team member at the Blue Mound, TX site. You will help protect associates, customers, and vehicles, performing gate duties, safety audits, and on-site inspections to keep operations smooth and secure.

Hourly role with a focus on safety, incident response, and collaborative teamwork. You will be trained in first aid, CPR, and AED, and must be prepared for a 24/7 environment that keeps the site open and safe.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• A track record of solid decision-making in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and connect with people quickly.
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to handle conflict in a positive, productive way.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a service-first mindset in every interaction.
