Qualifications

• Minimum of six months experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including early mornings and evenings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to relate to diverse people and de-escalate tense situations.
• High initiative, good judgment, honesty and integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents, guests, and contractors with access to the community.
• Maintain accurate guest lists and update records as needed.
• Identify community resource providers and grant appropriate access.
• Support construction admittance guidelines and verify entry codes.
• Log vehicles entering the property and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Provide directions to visitors and perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Deliver superior customer service at all times.
