Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Highland Springs community in North Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Gatehouse Officer to manage the entrance, greet guests, and deliver exceptional hospitality while ensuring safety and security.

You will screen traffic, assist visitors with parking and directions, log all entries, and coordinate with security for any inspections or visits. Jobs require 18+, preferred gatehouse experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Gatehouse Officer preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license preferred.
• State regulations and requirements may be applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a pleasant reception for all entering the community.
• Screen all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering the community.
• Provide parking passes, maps, and direct visitors to appropriate spaces.
• Document all visitors and vendors/contractors via the gatehouse log.
• Inform security/supervisor of inspectors, government representatives, and law enforcement trying to enter.
