Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Gatehouse Attendant for a full-time, 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, at the community. You will greet residents and visitors, assist with directions, and uphold visitor protocols.

The role requires a positive attitude, a high school diploma or GED, and prior gatehouse experience, with strong verbal and written communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Direct traffic and provide informational assistance around the property.
• Record all traffic entering the property using the access system.
• Observe and report incidents or information to management or front desk.
• Complete paperwork ensuring legible, orderly reports.
• Maintain a clean gatehouse and ensure only authorized personnel access the community.
