Job summary

Executive Sentinels is hiring for roles in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We seek responsible individuals for full-time or part-time, unarmed gate positions at gated communities and country clubs. You will verify visitor credentials and interact with guests, delivering courteous service in a secure environment.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, a neat appearance, and are comfortable standing for long periods. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Verifiable work history with experience in customer service or security preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write fluent English.
• Maintain a professional, clean cut appearance.
• Basic computer skills (CCTV, email & Mobile Apps).
• Availability to work all shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prepared to stand throughout shift.
• Have reliable transportation and valid U.S. driver’s license.
• No Class A, or B misdemeanors in the last ten years.
• Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Driver's License (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Verify credentials of visitors and staff entering the property.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Work from an air-conditioned guard house as part of an unarmed security team.
