Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule hospital outpatient services, and coordinate changes and cancellations.
• Interface with patients and clinical staff to communicate results and scheduling needs.
• Support the check-out office by scheduling procedures after visits.
• Provide accurate information to patients regarding test results and reschedule as needed.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and manage voicemails for scheduling requests.
• Ensure pre-registration accuracy related to health coverage.
• Escalate operational or patient issues to leadership as needed.
• Maintain stress-resilient performance and high efficiency.
