Responsibilities

• Review referrals and orders to schedule procedures.
• Triages patients and coordinates with providers.
• Schedule procedures in BCM and BSLMC EMR and set dates.
• Communicate instructions to patients before procedures.
• Verify patient ID and details on all documents.
• Coordinate with endoscopy team to fill endoscopy block.
• Respond to patient calls and MyChart messages.
• Perform cross-checks for scheduling conflicts.
