Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Office experience is preferred; strong customer service experience encouraged to apply.
• Certified Medical Administrative Assistant certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages.
• Schedule, check in, and check out patients for appointments.
• Manage a high volume of calls with a patient-focused approach.
• Maintain appointment records and patient flow.
• File, scan, print, and manage patient care documents.
• Support clerical tasks such as forms, records, schedules, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operation.
