Job summary

You will cross-train in front desk duties, welcome patients, check-in/out, and support a smooth patient flow. A high school diploma is required, and office/customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Office experience is preferred; strong customer service is encouraged.
• Certified Medical Administrative Assistant certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages.
• Schedule, check in, and check out patients for appointments.
• Maintain appointment records and support patient flow.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and managing documents.
• Provide front desk support and assist care teams to ensure smooth operations.
