Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer phone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and take clear messages.
• Schedule, check in, and check out patients for appointments.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
• Maintain appointment records and support patient flow throughout the practice.
• File, scan, print, and manage documents related to patient care and office operations.
• Support routine clerical tasks such as forms, records, schedules, and correspondence.
