Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for a Nassau County, Long Island practice. You will provide outpatient GI care within a multidisciplinary group, performing colonoscopies and EGDs, and collaborating with surgeons, oncologists, and primary care providers.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology or board-eligible with a clear path to certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, comprehensive gastroenterology care.
• Perform and interpret colonoscopies and EGDs for early GI pathology detection.
• Outpatient-focused role with a multi-specialty group.
• Collaborate with colorectal surgeons, oncologists, and PCPs.
• Maintain accurate EMR to support patient safety and workflow.
• Lead or participate in ongoing medical education and practice improvement.
