Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Nassau County, Long Island, seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a physician-led group. The role focuses on outpatient care in a multi-specialty practice, with no on-call requirements and Monday–Friday hours, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, performing colonoscopies/EGDs, EMR documentation, collaborating with surgeons and oncologists, and promoting colorectal cancer screening.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Gastroenterology (or eligible) with NY license.
• Licensed to practice in New York State.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to grow and manage a thriving local practice.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality GI care as a key clinical provider.
• Perform colonoscopies and EGDs; interpret results.
• Outpatient-focused role in a multi-specialty group.
• Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, and PCPs.
• Promote preventive care, including colorectal cancer screening.
• Maintain accurate EMRs and support patient safety.
• Engage in ongoing medical education and practice improvement.
