You will develop tailored curricula, mentor field engineers, and ensure safety and performance standards are met while traveling up to 50% domestically. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and professional growth within the Gas Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in field service engineering or technical training in the energy sector with turbines and generators.
• CTT+ and ATD Instructional Design Certification; PMP is a plus.
• Strong instructional and training capabilities with curriculum design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training programs for the EIT cohort focusing on gas turbine technology, outage operations, and safety.
• Conduct advanced professional development sessions for experienced field engineers to maintain high competency.
• Facilitate modules for DSMs and PMs to align operational workflows.
• Design and update curricula and instructional materials to Siemens Energy’s standards and safety guidelines.
• Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and mentorship to support career progression.
