Siemens Energy is seeking a Field Service Trainer to lead the Engineer in Training program for gas services, delivering high-impact technical instruction and developing curricula aligned with safety standards.

You will mentor field engineers, design training modules on gas turbine technology and outage operations, and coach DSMs and PMs to ensure operational excellence while travel up to 50% domestically.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in field service engineering or technical training within energy (turbines/generators).
• Strong instructional and training capabilities; curriculum design and adult learning.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver comprehensive training programs for the EIT cohort on gas turbine technology, outage operations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct advanced professional development sessions for experienced field engineers.
• Facilitate training modules for District Service Managers and Project Managers to align workflows.
• Design and update curricula and instructional materials to Siemens Energy standards.
