FieldCore, based in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Technical Field Instructor III to deliver state-of-the-art training on gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator systems. The role includes managing the Houston Learning Center lab equipment and collaborating with internal teams to improve content and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/scientific fields or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of field service or engineering experience in installation, operation, maintenance or repairs.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost as enabler of One Field Services priorities.
• Support design, development, updating and delivery of training for gas turbine, steam turbine, generators and related equipment.
• Use learner data to improve instruction, curriculum or delivery methods.
