Job summary
FieldCore, part of GE Vernova's Gas Power One Field Services, seeks a Technical Field Instructor III in Houston to deliver state-of-the-art training on gas turbine installation, operation, maintenance, and repair. The role includes managing the Houston Learning Center labs and serving as a SME across internal teams.
You will work with safety, quality, delivery and cost priorities, update materials, and provide feedback to Training and Development Managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical fields or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of field service or engineering experience in relevant technology.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training on gas turbine installation, operation, maintenance and repair for internal and customer participants.
- Manage and maintain lab equipment at the Houston Learning Center.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training content and delivery.
- Incorporate safety, quality, delivery and cost priorities into training.
- Travel may be required; duties may include overtime or weekend work.
