Job summary

FieldCore Houston Learning Center is seeking a Technical Field Instructor to provide state-of-the-art training on installation, operation, maintenance and repair of gas turbine, steam turbine, generators and related equipment. You will manage lab equipment, contribute as SME across internal teams and ensure alignment with safety and quality objectives.

The role requires a B.E. or equivalent experience, 5+ years in field service or engineering, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of field service or engineering experience in relevant tech areas.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver state-of-the-art technical training on installation, operation, maintenance and repair.
• Manage lab equipment and support Houston Learning Center operations.
• Develop and update training content with SME input from internal teams.
• Incorporate safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics into training objectives.
• Balance classroom, virtual and hands-on delivery methods for learning efficacy.
• Maintain training records and provide performance feedback to stakeholders.
