Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Technical Field Instructor III to provide advanced training on gas turbine installation, operation, maintenance, and repair at the Houston Learning Center. The role includes managing lab equipment and collaborating with internal teams to enhance training content and delivery.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering (or 7+ years relevant experience) and at least 5 years in field service or engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical/scientific field or 7+ years equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of field service or engineering experience in installation, operation, maintenance or repairs.
Fluent English reading/writing and speaking required.

Responsibilities

Deliver training for internal and/or customer participants focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
Design, develop, update and deliver training for gas turbine, steam turbine, generators and/or CC installation, operation, maintenance and/or repair.
Use learner feedback and data to improve instruction, curriculum or delivery methods.
Balance diverse delivery methods (virtual, classroom, hands-on, AR, mentoring) to enhance engagement.
Travel may be required and ability to work holidays, weekends and overtime.
