Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering field training in natural gas operations.
• Ability to assess learning needs and tailor training programs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in gas distribution.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-the-job coaching to build skills in gas distribution operations.
• Integrate classroom, hands-on practice, and simulations for effective learning.
• Deliver training programs ensuring safety and compliance.
• Monitor trainee progress toward mastery levels and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to identify training needs.
• Support field operations and maintenance training initiatives.
• Document training activities and comply with union agreements as applicable.
