Job summary

A leading utility provider is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer in Gas Operations to develop and conduct technical training programs that ensure safe and effective performance of field employees. Responsibilities include analyzing job tasks, implementing training assignments, and evaluating trainee performance. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline and have strong communication and leadership skills. This safety-sensitive position requires a valid Driver’s License and is subject to drug testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in field service design/installation experience.
• Associate's degree with 7+ years of experience or 8-10 years in related field.
• Driver’s License, D.O.T. Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current field performance to identify training needs.
• Implement various training assignments while supervising trainees.
• Evaluate and update training programs with new procedures.
• Conduct field quality audits and supervise certification.
