Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Student Intern to support field operations related to the safe and reliable transportation of natural gas. You will work with field technicians on compressor equipment, inspections, and project activities, gaining practical hands-on skills in a real-world energy environment.

The program runs May 2027 through August 2027. Candidates must be enrolled in a technical program and available full-time for the term, with relocation eligibility considered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited technical/trades program.
• At least one academic term completed prior to May 2027.
• Willingness to work full-time during the term (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of natural gas compressors and related equipment.
• Gain hands-on experience using field tools, equipment, and procedures.
• Learn and apply safety protocols for field work and participate in site visits and inspections.
