Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Garnishment Processor to support our client base with garnishment services. You will process US and Canadian garnishment payments based on withholding orders from Workday and ensure timely disbursements.

You will generate reports for presentations and metrics, answer payment questions, and maintain accurate payment history while meeting SLAs. Remote position, US-based, with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of garnishments, payroll functions and processing.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Prior experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or TaxEx preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process US and Canadian garnishment payment files based off withholding orders created in Workday.
• Disburse wage garnishment payments via check and EFT to the appropriate payees in a timely manner.
• Generate reports from three different applications needed for customer presentations, metrics tracking, and internal processing use.
• Interpret and resolve tickets ensuring accurate information is provided to the customer while adhering to OneSource Virtual's SLAs.
• Validate and confirm all garnishment collections and payments have been released to the bank.
• Provide payment history reporting to the customer to ensure payments have been paid and disbursed.
