OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a Garnishment Specialist I to ensure accurate and timely wage garnishment payments for our clients’ employees. You will support process automation, resolve automation failures, and operate within service level deadlines while handling inquiries from courts and agencies with precision.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of payroll functions and processing.
• Proficient use of spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Review and set up all garnishment orders including preparation of orders and correspondence for scanning.
• Maintain garnishment rules in payroll system according to state rules and garnishment type.
• Write, review and process reports to automate answer letters and interrogatory responses.
• Maintain garnishment screens by entering start and stop dates for each order with deadlines.
• Answer and resolve payroll and garnishment questions for courts, agencies, and employees.
• Interact with other departments and external contacts (check collection agencies, courts, lawyers) to resolve issues.
