Ruby Tuesday in Enterprise, AL is seeking a Kitchen Prep/Salad Bar Attendant who supports Heart of House by preparing ingredients, setting up, and maintaining the Garden Bar and dish area per restaurant procedures.

You will clean and stock prep areas, assist with sanitation, and help ensure high quality presentation of items served at the Garden Bar, while following safety guidelines and shift routines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 70lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Ability to stand 100% of shift.
• Works frequently in damp, hot work environment.
• May use slicers or other kitchen machinery.
• Able to hold items with hands (knives, pans) for extended periods, with up to 5 lbs.
• Able to work flexible shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans food preparation and production areas as required.
• Wash and clean fruit and vegetables using hand-utensils and electric equipment.
• Measure and assemble ingredients and cooked items according to recipes.
• Maintain walk-in refrigeration, prep, and dry storage areas.
• Ensure high quality preparation and presentation for Garden Bar items.
• Stock Garden Bar and maintain cleanliness of floors and restrooms.
• Set up and organize the work area before, during, and after shifts.
