The role focuses on cleaning, prep, and maintaining quality and cleanliness across kitchen and Garden Bar areas, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a demanding hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in damp, hot environments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain food preparation and production areas.
• Wash and clean fruits and vegetables using kitchen tools.
• Measure and assemble ingredients according to recipes and menu specs.
• Complete cleaning and station maintenance for walk-in, prep, and dry storage areas.
• Ensure high quality preparation and presentation of Garden Bar items.
• Stock/restock Garden Bar to keep guests fully served.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and kitchen mats.
• Assist with deck scrub, trash removal, and back dock area.
• Set up, maintain, and organize work areas before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow HOH Cleaning Program and AM Utility Programs.
