Ruby Tuesday is searching for a Kitchen Prep/Salad Bar Attendant responsible for assisting in the preparation of ingredients and maintaining the Garden Bar area. This multi-function role requires strong adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.

The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, prefer high school education, and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a hot environment. Candidates should be flexible with their shift schedules and be committed to quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 18 years old minimum age requirement.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to tolerate significant temperature changes.

Responsibilities

• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
• Measure and assemble ingredients according to recipes.
